Delivered Products
Customers can cancel delivery of products at any time, either by calling, texting or sending an email. Or at the time of delivery to the job site. Once products have been delivered and payment has been invoiced, products will then need to go through the return and refund process.

Tool and Compressor Repair Services
Tool and compressor repairs can be cancelled up until the tool or compressor has been worked on. Customers must call, text or email first to determine if they are eligible for a repair cancellation. Once a tool has been repaired it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
